The Evaluation Process

When a candidate has completed ten projects that meet the requirements of the division under consideration, those projects are sent to the Registry office in the United States. The Registry will enter the work, have it professionally photographed, and forward it to a team of objective evaluators. Those judges will make a careful review and submit written comments on the strengths and weaknesses of each piece.

Every project has specific criteria, each assigned a numeric value such that the

total that can be awarded is a score of 10. Projects that score 7.0 or above are deemed to pass. Those that do not attain that score are returned along with suggestions for improvement. Projects may be submitted as many times as needed. All work and all designs remain the property of the artist, though the Registry reserves the right to use images of submitted work in its publicity.

There is no fixed time requirement within which to complete the program.
